This is a demonstration build of Marsa Rent. These terms describe how the platform is actually designed to work, for clarity — they are not a substitute for a lawyer-drafted agreement before any real commercial launch.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. The price shown at checkout — including any refundable deposit — is the final price; it does not change afterward. Guest checkout is available without creating an account.
Cancellations and refunds
Refunds are governed by the cancellation policy shown on the property at the time of booking, and are calculated automatically — see the Cancellation Policy page for how each policy works.
Listings
Homeowners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing details. Every listing is reviewed before it can go live, but this review does not constitute an independent inspection or guarantee of the property's condition.
AI features
Marsa AI search, recommendations, and any AI-driven booking execution operate strictly as an interface to the same pricing, availability, and booking systems every manual action uses — it never has independent authority to move money beyond what a booking flow already allows, and any auto-booking mandate you set up can be paused or revoked at any time.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential. A guest booking can be converted into a full account at any time using the same verified email — this never happens automatically without your action.
