Privacy policy
This is a demonstration build. This page describes what data the platform actually collects and how it's actually used, for clarity.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), booking and payment records, and — for a guest booking — the email and phone number you provide at checkout, used only to manage that booking and to offer you access to it later.
Guest booking access
Looking up a guest booking requires both the exact booking reference and the email it was made under; the one-time access code sent to that email is never stored in plain text and expires shortly after it's issued.
Sharing
Your booking details are shared with the homeowner of the property you're booking (and vice versa) — that's a necessary part of fulfilling a stay. Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider; card details are never stored directly by Marsa Rent.
Your choices
You control which notification channels reach you from your notification settings, and marketing messages are opt-in only.
